Trainee legal advisor

He specialises in personal data protection and intellectual property law, with an emphasis on copyright law and industrial property law. At the Law Firm, Michał works on the Technologies Media Telecommunications team. Other than the ones mentioned above, his interests include issues relating to new technologies law, with an emphasis on the application of blockchain technology.

Michał earned his experience and knowledge by participating in audits on compliance of data processing processes with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He participated in multiple national conferences, as well as a programme entitled “Japanese Legal System” organised by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with Kobe Gakuin University. At the moment, he is studying intellectual property law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
