On 26 May 2017, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage appointed the Copyright Commission. The Commission consists of 30 arbitrators proposed by collecting societies and associations of artists, performers and producers, as well as organisations that associate entities using copyrighted works or related rights items, and radio and television organisations. As in previous years, the arbitrators include Professor Elżbieta Traple PhD hab., attorney-at-law and Wojciech Kulis, attorney-at-law.
